Lift/Ladder - Metal

Grate Lift & Ladder package, includes 1 Grate Lift - Integrated, and 1 Well Escape Ladder.  Save $10 over purchasing separately.
Well Escape Ladder extensions will be needed if window well is deeper than 48".

Grate Lift attaches directly to Ladder with pre-drilled holes.  Ladder attaches to metal window well using self-tapping screws (included).
Spring-assist allows easy lift of window well grate from either inside or outside of window well.
